LIVE Virtual and On-Demand Classes
You will find a mixture of class types and ability levels in our "Boots Home Movement" On-Demand Library. You may have the option to choose either a very simple or detailed and modification filled style of instruction.
There will also be varying lengths of classes.
All LIVE classes will be posted weekly so you can pick which one(s) you would like to attend.
LIVE classes will take place on Zoom.
They will be recorded at my Brick & Mortar location or my personal Greenhouse.
The LIVE classes will build the On- Demand Library so the library will constantly grow.
Different time zones are difficult, but I intend on trying to offer a variety of time slots.

For example, a breakdown of poses and modifications, chair yoga, or classes specifically designed for those recovering from injury.
