This program was designed with everyone in mind.  Obviously, movement, mobility, and  self-care is the main objective.
I don't hide that I am a proud #navymama.  I am constantly trying to come up with ways I can support my son and his peers while they are off protecting my freedoms.  I am also a big fan of supporting my peers as we learn to navigate what it means to be part of a military family.
Everyone can benefit from guided movement, meditation, and the reminder it's okay to focus on self. 
My hope is to offer a space of support to service members and their families with your help.
I will always offer FREE LIVE classes, but I need to cover the cost of what that looks like.  For this reason I offer an On-Demand Video Library subscription option for $8.  This subscription offers you the opportunity to take One FREE LIVE Virtual Class per week for four weeks.  You will also have unlimited access to the On-Demand Video Library for 30 days.  For every subscription purchased $5  will be used to help bring a service member in need home.  
I also offer a $14  option.  This option offers you two FREE LIVE classes per week for four weeks.  It also provides you unlimited access for 30 days to the On-Demand Video Library.   $8 of each subscription will go towards purchasing airline tickets and $3 will go towards a local Michigan organization serving Veterans.   The remainder of each subscription will go towards paying processing fees and the cost of maintaining the video library.
